PENGARUH POLA ASUH DEMOKRATIS TERHADAP BIG FIVE PERSONALITY FACTORS SISWA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh demokratisterhadap big five personality. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif uji Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA)dengan melibatkan 62 siswa kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 2 Kupang sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen skala Parental Authority Questionnaire dan International Personality Item Pool. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh demokratisorangtua (emotional stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapbig five personalitypada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Kupang, kecuali extraversion.
