PENGGUNAAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PPKN SISWASEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract
This study aims to reveal information and discuss the use of the Talking Stick learning method in an effort to improve student learning outcomes on the theme of myself the content of class I SD Negeri 159 IX Suka Maju. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 159 / IX Suka Maju, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year, starting in July 2019. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade I SD Negeri 159 / IX Suka Maju. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with each cycle having two meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection in this study was carried out using the technique of field notes, student worksheets, written tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the Talking Stick Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes on the theme of self-content of PPKn Class I SD Negeri 159 / IX Suka Maju as evidenced by increasing the completeness of student learning outcomes starting from pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II.
