STUDI LITERATUR: BULLYING ANCAMAN NYATA DALAM DUNIA PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

Bullying adalah tindakan yang tidak bermoral, bullying muncul karena kurangnya rasa empati dan simpati seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi bahaya bullying yang menjadi ancaman nyata dalam dunia pendidikan. Untuk mengeksplorasi bahaya bullying tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode library research atau studi pustaka sebagai dasar penelitian ini. Hasil rangkuman studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh intensitas teman sebaya di sekolah membuat para korban bullying justru mendapatkan perlakuan kekerasan baik verbal maupun non verbal hal ini sesuai penelitian. Pengaruh intensitas teman sebaya di sekolah membuat para korban bullying justru mendapatkan perlakuan kekerasan baik verbal maupun non verbal. Intesitas teman sebaya mempengaruhi tindakan bullying lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, bahaya tindakan bullying pada tatanan pendidikan dan teman sebaya perlu dihentikan dan diberi pemahaman agar perilaku bullying tidak menjadi budaya di Indonesia khusunya.
