Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai efektivitas konten Vlogcast Tel-U terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi subscribers. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan seberapa efektif konten Vlogcast Tel-U terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi subscribers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menjadikan mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universitas Telkom sebagai populasi, lalu diambil sampel sebanyak 98 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menentukan beberapa hipotesis yang akan diuji. Metode survey yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan tautan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dan mahasiswa Universitas Telkom yang telah menjadi subscribers kanal Youtube SMB Telkom University melalui pesan langsung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya efektivitas konten Vlogcast Tel-U terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi subscribers.
