TRANSFORMASI AGILITY ORGANISASI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS KOTA BATAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan konsep agiliti (ketangkasan) organisasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Batam, yang terpusat pada ancaman dan kesempatan yang dijumpai selama proses transformasi. Metodologi yang dipakai yakni deskriptif kuantitatif, kuesioner disebar guna mengumpulkan data kepada para guru. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas pendidik mempunyai kemampuan yang kuat dalam beradaptasi dan berinovasi, dengan skor rata-rata tertinggi terkait perubahan (P1: 4,32) dan terendah mengenai kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa (P15: 3,42). Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya modifikasi dalam program pelatihan untuk mendorong kolaborasi serta komunikasi yang lebih efektif antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya ketangkasan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja sekolah dan responsivitas terhadap perubahan. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan ketangkasan di sekolah dengan mempromosikan kolaborasi, komunikasi yang efektif, dan keterlibatan siswa yang lebih besar dalam proses pembelajaran.
