EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN MANDIRI BERBASIS LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) PADA PROGRAM PPG DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU MADRASAH

Abstract
Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Dalam Jabatan telah mengalami transformasi dari pembelajaran terbimbing menuju pembelajaran mandiri berbasis Learning Management System (LMS). Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran mandiri berbasis LMS dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru madrasah pada Program PPG di UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus evaluatif, penelitian melibatkan alumni PPG 2024–2025, dosen, pengelola program, dan kepala madrasah. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran mandiri berbasis LMS efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru, ditandai dengan peningkatan kemampuan merancang pembelajaran sistematis, penerapan strategi variatif, dan integrasi teknologi. Efektivitas ini tercermin pada kenaikan tingkat kelulusan dari 99,04% (2024) menjadi 99,66% (2025), dipengaruhi oleh kematangan sistem LMS, learning curve effect, peer learning network, dan strategic learning approach. Sistem asesmen ganda melalui Uji Pengetahuan (CBT) dan Uji Kinerja memperkuat mekanisme quality assurance. Tantangan utama mencakup digital divide, keterbatasan interaksi dialogis, dan kesiapan self-directed learning. Penelitian merekomendasikan model hybrid learning, sesi synchronous berkala, perluasan program induksi, dan penguatan dukungan institusional.
