PERAN STRATEGIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DALAM TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL ORGANISASI: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS LITERATUR

Abstract
Transformasi digital telah mendorong organisasi untuk mengelola pengetahuan secara lebih sistematis agar mampu beradaptasi dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Dalam konteks tersebut, Knowledge Management System (KMS) berperan penting sebagai sarana pengelolaan pengetahuan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategis KMS dalam mendukung transformasi digital organisasi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasinya, serta menganalisis dampak penerapan KMS terhadap kinerja dan kapabilitas organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA terhadap artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2016–2020 dan bersumber dari basis data Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Web of Science. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa KMS berperan sebagai enabler strategis transformasi digital melalui dukungan terhadap pengambilan keputusan berbasis pengetahuan, inovasi, dan pembelajaran organisasi. Keberhasilan implementasi KMS dipengaruhi oleh keselarasan strategi, dukungan kepemimpinan, budaya berbagi pengetahuan, kesiapan teknologi, serta kapabilitas sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, penerapan KMS terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja, inovasi, dan daya saing organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa KMS merupakan aset strategis yang berperan penting dalam keberlanjutan transformasi digital organisasi.
