Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif pada anak usia dini maupun orang dewasa memerlukan pendekatan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada capaian kognitif, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek emosional dan psikologis peserta didik. Model Pembelajaran ASYIK (Aman, Senang, Yakin, Inovatif, Kreatif) dikembangkan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran humanistik yang menekankan kondisi emosional positif sebagai fondasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan implementasi Model ASYIK pada pembelajaran anak usia dini di BKB PAUD Melati 03 dan pembelajaran orang dewasa dalam kegiatan Training of Trainers (TOT) Digitalisasi Pembelajaran di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, persamaan, dan perbedaan implementasi model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model ASYIK memiliki nilai inti yang konsisten pada kedua konteks pembelajaran, namun diadaptasi melalui strategi pedagogi berbasis bermain pada PAUD dan andragogi berbasis pengalaman pada pembelajaran orang dewasa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Model ASYIK bersifat adaptif lintas usia dan relevan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran humanistik.
