STRATEGI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KESADARAN AGAMA DAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA DI ERA DIGITAL DI SMAN 2 MONTA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran beragama serta meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di tengah pesatnya perkembangan era digital dan dinamika perubahan sosial masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi, arus informasi yang terbuka, serta perubahan gaya hidup modern menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri bagi pembelajaran PAI, sehingga menuntut guru untuk mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif, kontekstual, dan tetap berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Monta. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru PAI sebagai informan utama, peserta didik, serta kepala sekolah sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan keagamaan, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap perangkat pembelajaran dan program sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di SMAN 2 Monta menerapkan berbagai strategi yang efektif, antara lain keteladanan dalam sikap dan perilaku, pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan di lingkungan sekolah, penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual melalui refleksi religius, serta penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dengan mengaitkan ajaran Islam pada realitas kehidupan peserta didik, termasuk pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak. Strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesadaran beragama peserta didik, memperbaiki perilaku sosial, serta menumbuhkan minat dan antusiasme belajar terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.
