BISNIS VIRAL VS BISNIS BERMORAL: URGENSI KEPEMIMPINAN ETIS DI TENGAH TREN KEWIRAUSAHAAN MASA KINI

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong munculnya fenomena bisnis viral yang menjadikan popularitas dan eksposur sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan usaha. Meskipun mampu meningkatkan visibilitas dan pertumbuhan bisnis secara cepat, orientasi yang terlalu berfokus pada viralitas berpotensi mengabaikan aspek etika, tanggung jawab sosial, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik fenomena bisnis viral dalam kewirausahaan modern, menjelaskan perbedaan antara bisnis viral dan bisnis bermoral dalam perspektif etika bisnis, serta mengkaji urgensi kepemimpinan etis dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara tuntutan viralitas dan tanggung jawab moral. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan traditional review. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus menggunakan kata kunci etika, kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan etis, dan kewirausahaan. Dari 217 artikel yang ditemukan, sebanyak 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis viral ditandai oleh orientasi pada inovasi, kreativitas, kecepatan pertumbuhan, dan pencapaian popularitas, sedangkan bisnis bermoral lebih menekankan kejujuran, transparansi, tanggung jawab sosial, serta keberlanjutan usaha. Kajian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan etis memiliki peran penting dalam membangun budaya organisasi yang berlandaskan nilai moral, meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, serta menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis di tengah persaingan digital yang semakin kompleks. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan bisnis pada era digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan memperoleh perhatian publik, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam menjaga integritas dan tanggung jawab sosial organisasi.
