This study aims to determine the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 in East Angkola, South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a research with concurrent embedded method, quantitative data is complemented by qualitative data. The results showed that the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers was measured by 5 indicators, the results of the loading factor test of all indicators were above 0.50, so all factors could be included as supporting variables. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Angkola Timur as many as 48 people who were taken by total sampling. The teacher's organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) score is 4.103 with a respondent's level of achievement of 82.07 in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of observations and interviews related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the indicators of voluntary (altruism) good relations (courtesy) accepting decisions (sportmanship) showed good results and strengthened quantitative data, while on the indicators of dedicated (conscientiousness) responsibility (civic virtue). ) still shows sufficient results and does not strengthen quantitative data.
