The author(s) of each accepted article must pay the Publication Fee to fund the operation and resources of the journal. The Fee includes 1) Publishing Fee (hardcopy not included); 2) Similarity Check; 3) DOI Content Registration, and 4) Web Maintenance. The editors will inform the details of the payment method (Bank Transfer) before the publication.
